I spent half an hour trying to find a way to do it from the recovery
console, I couldn't do it.

As a result, I have now created a DOS boot CD with the whole range of DOS
disk tools, hardware diagnostics, drivers, Norton for DOS, PCtools sector
editor, boot.ini, and a few other files.
