I really doubt that.  Dont underestimate her.  Her manner of speaking
in public is very calculated.  It has to be.  However, her education
is very good.  I would surmise that most recent British monarchs would
be bilingual as well.  Poor old George has a hard time with easy words
  Her Majesty does not, and, I think that she could tie old GW into
knots.
