Assemblers are all pretty compatible, except for IDEAL mode.

The ASM headers are included with the Watcom compiler and WASM.  DevCon is
a subscription, issued quarterly on CD-ROM only.  The cost in the U.S. is
$200 annually, with a 40% discount for members of the DAP Premier program;
the U.S. domestic order telephone number is (800)6-DEVCON.
