Cables not my expertise, but I'm almost positive that no cable channel
falls in the air band range. I would possibly look for some alternate theory.
It could be that somebody has a video transmitter system, these devices come 
in all frequency ranges, some are FCC approevd, and others which are not 
FCC approved which operate on all kinds of odd frequencies. (When I say 
"trasnmitter system" I'm talking about the cable extender type things which 
people use in their homes so that they can get cable in other rooms without 
having to install all new coax throughout the house.
