Hi,

I submitted some changes, which add CharsetAlias to the repertoire of
options. It's really annoying, that some mailers still send messages with a
"CHRS: IBMPC 2" Kludge, which are actually
"CP" encoded. This options adds the possibility
to set an alias. So eg. german users can add
CharsetAlias IBMPC CP850
to their timed.cfg. This should solve the most problems in german echos.
BTW, this functionality does not interfere with the
"CODEPAGE"-kludge processing added previously.

However I'd like someone to review the code and test it a bit. I had no
problems, but that doesn't mean anything.
