Yes sir, to those kind folks that modem in Houston, Texas and 
surrounding counties.  It means Keep A Song In Your Heart & Have A Great 
Wet/Dry Week/Weekend.  This was postulated after the GREAT Floods on 
1994 in this area!!!
Those of us that were lucky enough to live on high ground keep our 
modems dry!!!!  *:-<)
