dunno, really... but I figure when they started calculating they must have
shoved the whole concept under the table
But the SST was an intriging concept anyhow, and the CV-58-9 was a way to
realize it at the time...
As I seem to recall, there were lotsa people laughing at the
Concorde-concept: who's willing to fly at M 2.0 at a higher price? Look
what's happened: after 25 years she's still going strong and recently I read
BA's going to add another bird to their fleet (is that an old spare one or
one taken from Air France's fleet?).
