Replying to a message from Steven Horn 1:17/67 to Gord Hannah, About Fidonews controversy, On Fri Nov 10 2006 GH> understanding is go ahead and distribute the snooze complete but do GH> not reprint the article by Michiel. SH> So let Michiel sue you or whovere else reprints. It was a junk SH> article which did not deserve to be distributed in the first place. Or ignore him altogether. GH> is not doing his job adequately in getting content much less GH> moderating the echo at all. SH> Why should the editor have to get content? Why can't we send in SH> content? We can the question is will he publish the article. SH> were moderators. GH> I recall those two as tame compared to what is going on now. SH> If you think they were tame, I'd hate to see the current crop. It appears that the current crop just lay in wait for some one to either make a typo, (which I have been known to do), use wrong grammar, or the like whether it be that the poster is "handicapped" by the fact that English is their second language. You and I have been in this medium long enough if we stop and think we can pick up the jist if not the meaning any one is trying to get across. GH> attacks, which in anyone's book is unacceptable, at least mine. SH> I agree but where is the content to discuss? I note that Z1C has SH> had only four or five messages since the summer and we are active SH> here only because we live a long distance apart and need to chat.:-) This is true. Hope this helps. Keep us posted. We are a fine board trying to make it better. http://www.pris.bc.ca/ghannah ghannah{at}pris.bc.ca Cheers!
