I had an unusual problem arise and I'd appreciate comments. Following an
incoming mail call my modem (Supra SFM external) apparently got hung. The
display indicated DI the display that it shows when it is dialing out. I
wasn't there when it started, but I noticed it about 5 hours after it
occurred and traced it back in my logs. Binkley kept on cycling through the
outbound trying to dial (the logs showed DIALING......end of connection
attempt.) The following cut shows the last call received before the problem
and the following few attempts.

============end cut==============
This cut shows the last call received before the problem and a few of the
following attempts.
The display never changed from DI. I cleared the condition by powering off
the modem.
I have recently flashed to the 1.44-12 code. The only change that I can think
of that I had made to my configuration was to send the %Q2 command from the
aftercall verb in Binkley.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Whatever insights you can provide
will be appreciated.
Regards, Martin
