Actually, for interleague play you play each team in one division in the
other league for three games, and you rotate divisions every year. So you
play bad as well as good teams and you only play each team once every three
years.
This is subject to change, but that's the way it's currently set up.
Again, are you saying there's no fun in the playoffs, where you're facing a
team you've already faced MANY TIMES EACH YEAR?
