   It sounds as if you've torn a seal.  I suggest purchasing a set of 
   replacement o-rings (about $1.50 at your hobby shop) part #5407.  Use
   a lubricant, such as RCPS Green Slime, before sliding the shock shafts
   through the new seals, WATCH THE THREADS!   A full rebuild is the
   ONLY way to fix a leaking shock.   You did put the o-rings in the rear
   shocks, didn't you?  
   BTW, I've tried the MIP Blue Seals, and I think the stock Associated
   seals are better.  The MIPs are softer, and seem to tear much too
   easily.
   Change your seals, all you've got to lose is $1.50!
