You need to do the following.
With one of the cam plate screws removed (left side of breech) and the
other slacked off you take a sharp tool and push the cam forward(under
cam plate) with the bolt 1/2 way thru it's range of twisting motion.
When you have pushed the cam forward thru the removed screw hole tighten
the screw that was just slacked off. Then replace the other screw and
you're cam adjustment should be correct. It is impossible to do a cam
adjustment without removing a screw and most of the time the guns come
with it improperly adjusted. It should tighten when you turn it to the
right so it doesn't flop open. Rifles are done the same way. Ideally the
bolt should cam in B4 the bolt handle gets near the stock on the rifle
and B4 the bolt runs out of travel on the pistol.
