It certainly is. You may think the heart failure's cause is obvious
but what if the poor fellow was poisoned and the beheading was a
red herring? You don't stop with the obvious when you're looking
for answers and you don't stop at heart failure when you're looking
for a cause of death since ultimately everyone dies of heart
failure and the real question is what caused it to fail.
