Gerry Ellison of the MountainTop BBS has one that I use very successfully.
Includes balloons and everything.
You can Freq the magic name MAXKIT from 1:108/107
Or.....get it from the FDN run by Gary Gilmore. Can't remember the
address right now but I'm sure someone will send it to you.
(Not only does Maxkit have the birthday bulletin generator but it includes
a last callers screen and some other nice goodies.
