EJ> Are there any visual development tools somewhat like Visual Basic an

Eric ... get a development application called GuideLines; there is a
base package version on CompuServe. It is a great gui application
development system which generates C++ program for compiling by various
C/C++ compiliers; it even supports Borlands Windows compiler.
It uses a script language, as well as you can code plain C/C++ code.
Other development systems are: Kase
VisProC (or something like that)
VisRexx
There is a new product from IBM called VisualAge which includes their
new Cset C++ compilier v3.0 and a visual developer; it is big bucks
($1000+). There is a beta release out on it though; also heavy system
requirements for developement (16+ meg ram, 130+ meg HD space).
Cheers,
Eric
