I haven't used wasm,  so I don't know.  I've never had a reason not to use
masm 5.x,  so I never have.

Hmmmm;  not sure about that.  There are on the DDK though (which includes
the devcon).

Yes;  the ddk is approx $200 for four installments (you can no longer buy
single issues).  Each installament (including devcon) is up to 5 cd's.

speed) .
