      I hate to say this, but I know next to nothing about horses, except I
just bought 2 1/2 of 'em for my 11 year old daughter.  A Welsh/Appaloosa 
leopard mare, pregnant by a purebred quarterhorse, and a filly (from the same 
stud) who was born last August.  My older daughter owns two quarterhorses, 
one 5 year old gelding, and one 3 year old mare.  She's the one with the farm 
10 miles west of where I live, which is where the horses are kept.
