I don't recall that sort of decision. However let's say they have
ruled that way. I would imagine they ruled that way when some dummy
incriminated themselves by calling 911. They would not be able to
complain about use of what they said to 911. However, for some other
citizen to want to know what you said to 911 or if you call would
probably involve privacy issues. The law has always favored
protecting persons who complain or provide information to the police.
