Hey All!

I'm running the CVS snapshot of timEd, and it doesn't look like it imports
IBMPC. Fx. if i look in a message in "WISSEN.GER" where a man
posted in IBMPC it's not converted properly. 

I don't think it's converted.

There is a german developer in here, do you have the same feeling?
