 As I recall they have also banned the manufacture and sale of
Converters for the 800 MHz segment(in the US). And building one of those
is not all that easy for the casual listener.
 I though look at the listening to Cell Phone calls as "SO WHAT" one
must listen to a million boring and uninteresting calls to get that
ONE HOT one. Why Bother?
