I have released the *.INF to MS QuickHelp converter I promised.

It will decode an *.inf file and output a text file in the format required
for MS HelpMake.

If you do not know what MS QuickHelp is,  you probably don't want this program.

[Quickhelp is a text-mode hyperhelp program,  something like THELP or
 Norton Guides,  that was shipped with many MS language products
 a few years ago].

Although it can't do much to make a poorly organized *.INF file clearer,I
did add a few options specific to the Warp Programmer's Toolkit, that will
collect all the information about an API (DosOpen,  for example),and place
it in one help topic.

The file is available from my bbs (905 858 8488; Toronto) as INF2QH2.LZH
(38k). It is available to first-time callers.

It can also be Fidonet FREQ'd from 1:259/414 (magic name INF2QH or INF2QH2).

I have sent it into the Fernwood FWUTILS stream,  but I am not sure how far
it will get.
