Yes, probably. Fortunately, editing timkeys.cfg allows you to remap most
(all?) keyboard combinations, although it might be a bit trial and error.
Ctrl+key keystrokes should work though. Actually, I might write a program
that uses NCurses to report back what keystrokes are being detected.
