First of all.....I was watching last night when that aired, and what you
*claim* happened did `not' happen.


Barr thinks these people should be given the U.S. justice system treatment,
and O'Reilly says they are enemy combatants (which they are), and should be
handled by the military (which they should).


Barr hasn't woken up to the fact that the U.S. justice system is *not* the way
to go with these people, any more than going that way with German or Jap
prisoners of war was.


This is a war, they are enemy combatants, and should be treated as such.


The U.S. Constitution is in force only as far as the shores and borders of
this nation extend. Beyond them, nobody is subject to our rights and
priveledges under our Constitution.


He should have been immediately handed over to the military for prosecution.


By the way.......lets be clear about something, here;


I can still vividly remember the day my wife ran up the stairs and turned the
TV in my office on and the twin tower building was smoking and burning from
the first aircraft, I can still see in my minds eye that other aircraft
circling around at a steep angle and deliberately slamming into the tower.


I have in the forefront of my mind the over 3000 dead innocents right on
American soil (the best you could say about Pearl Harbor was it wasn't one of
the states at the time it was hit), and I don't really care about some in-bred
Ayrab scumbag getting waterboarded to get answers. I don't really care.


If you're so concerned about people who get caught with bombs on board
aircraft over US cities maybe getting treated a little rough by a military
interrogator, why don't you go to a count5ry you `think' treats people better?


If you and your friends think the U.S. is so terrible.....why don't you pack
up and get the fuck out! Take your worthless welfare-suckin' ass and go to
Yemen, or maybe Afghanistan. If you think life is so much better under the
Ayrabs with their strict religious laws, move to an Ayrab country. We're tired
of paying your rent and buying your food for you. If you feel so strongly
against the U.S. response to terrorists, why don't you join Al Qaida and strap
on a bomb? They promise you 72 virgins in paradise for `dying and taking some
infidel out with you. Thats a lot better than what you've got right now.


Just think of it; that smelly two-bit motel conversion of a section-8 housing
you live in, eating hamburger helper all the time........or 72 virgins in
Ayrab paradise.
