Thanks, Scott.  I wasn't sure of which radio we're talking about.  Had I 
known it was a Motorola, I would have consulted with my Motorola guru here in 
SD when I ran into that 21.4 IF...

So if she's converting a commercial band radio to ham band, she'll need to 
know which frequency range the radio's in?  As in 450 to 460 vs 460 to 
0MHz.
