    Colin Thomson (who sometimes lurks here, so may also answer you)
wrote a little shareware utility called THELP.  I have THELP021.ZIP,
(beta v. 2.1) downloaded from OS/2 Shareware BBS some time last fall,
and felt it worth registering.  Among other capabilities, it converts
either INF or HLP (OS/2 version) files to text files.

    Note:  THELP018.ZIP (beta 1.8) is on the 3/95 issue of Walnut
Creek's Hobbes CDROM in the directory 32BIT\EDITORS.
