   Rupert,
     There are at least two places on that level where the launch code
   is given to you. One is in the room with the transporter that beams
   you to the room prior to where you enter the code and I think the
   other is in the room with the secret area on top of the consoles
   that has the holoduke in it. Look for small dots, four to a group,
   that have some colored in orange. If you don't feel like looking
   for them, or can't find them, I'll give the code down a page so you
   won't see it if you don't want to.
   P.S. I had the same problem until I went back through the level and
        really looked for the code!
        Left side is 1,2 & 4; right side is 1&2.
