I doubt it, since I have no interest at all in the above, but refresh my
memory.

Once again, my point was that there have been tens of thousand of people
in controlled studies using phen/fen and not near that amount of data on
other combinations.

My opinions are just that and I don't pretend to have credentials.  My
participation in this group is for personal reasons.  I do indeed work for
a medical publishing company but we do not publish titles on this topic so
your comment is only nasty and irrelevant.  You on the other hand profess
to be an editor of a work on this topic.  So your use of terms like "didn't
do shit" leaves me thinking your public presentations are quite different
than ours.
