KR> uhuh... the old f6 macro eh.
RS> Uggh, this pathetically silly stuff again, have you

rather more than yourself gramps (:
KR> if you can explain how the above can be construed

i suppose that one of the early symptoms of excessive aluminium intake
is the lack of ability in distinguishing expressions used to make a
point from straight littoral writing. i dont suppose the next stages
will be very funny from your point of view, but should give the rest of
us a few laughs (:
RS> Yes, the analogy did change, thats how english is used at times Keith.
RS> You might care to contemplate that
i'd rather contemplate my navel, it has a wider range of expressions
than your good self (:
KR> at least we make more money out of the japs than they make out of
KR> us - that ain't true of the yanks, or many others for that matter.
RS> That 'or many others' is the bit thats crap Keith, in fact we
RS> make money out of every single country in asia if you lump China
RS> and HongKong together, with the sole exception of Brunei, which
RS> we have a tiny trade volume with anyway. Which just happens to
RS> be by far the fastest growing section of world trade. You are
RS> just pathetically faking away your blooper Keith. Fools no one.
if things are so good, how do we end up with a 1-2 billion dollars
deficit each month?
KR> it says nothing about the state of the country,
RS> Is that right, not even the titanic bit, nor the 'or many
RS> others for that matter' ? Sure Keith, whatever you recon.
i do recon the odd bit of obsolete computer equipment now and again, but
what has that to do with the state of the country? (other than
marginally improving the balance of trade)
KR> just an opinion of where the effort to keep it afloat is coming from.
RS> Oh yeah ?
my grandson will be after you for stealing his best line of argument -
it seems to be your best also.
RS> When we have a positive balance of trade with the fastest growing
RS> sector of the world by far, and with every single country in it
RS> if you lump HongKong and China together except Brunei, which is so
RS> small it doesnt matter a stuff, no point in getting too hysterical.
KR> there seems to be something of a difference between your
KR> view of the state of our balance of trade and that of
KR> everyone from the bureau of stats to standard and poors.
RS> Nope. The bureau of stats produces trade figures which
RS> show that stuff I said totally unambiguously Keith.
the bureau of stats seem to produce a rather nasty deficit each month,
or maybe you use a different bureau of stats to the rest of us.
RS> S&P dont actually have anything much to say on total country situations.
KR> we were recently described by one authority as resembling mexico.
RS> But not by any authority which is of any value. Its just the
RS> usual completely silly hype. You may have noticed that we didnt
RS> have to be bailed out by the US or the UN. Funny that. Just shows
RS> what a completely silly statement that is whoever said if Keith.
RS> Yes, fools abound.
unfortunately (and i really do mean that) their words carry a lot more
impact in the world that yours gramps. actually we seem to have been
bailed out largely by japanese interests, when you are in the red by
15-20 billion a year, you have to be bailed out by someone. whether you
are bailed out by japanese life insurance companies, or the us
government, it come to the same thing rally, except that the japs will
probably expect to get it back one day.
