Hi all!!
After a lot of discouragement when I first started taking Phen/Fen in June,
I am proud and EXTREMELY happy to report that I have lost 30 pounds.  In
the past two weeks alone I have dropped a dress size.  I still would like
to lose another 20 pounds, and am determined that I will!
I will say that I am not going to contribute ALL of my weight loss to
Phen/Fen. Actually, I'm now only taking Phen.  I have pushed myself hard. 
I power walk every day during my lunch hour, watch what I eat and drink a
gallon of water a day.  
My weight gain was from my pregnancy in March and it is my goal to wear
those size 8 jeans that are sitting in my dresser collecting dust.  I have
given myself until the end of the year to lose the next 20 punds!  Wish me
luck
