Grant has released his edition directly from him, or through Betts Books. 
Also for for the first time Grant released a number of book to the Banes &
Noble Bookstore Chain (where I got my copy) and a few other major chains.
I believe that the total print run from Grant is 40,000 copies.
The release date for the Plume Trade Paperback is November 4
