Congradulations on the anniversary.  Sounds like we were celebrating 
at about the same time.  My hubby and I were married 24 years as of
the 21st of March.
Tulips?  I stood on 4 inches of ice this weekend during the heat
wave and raked dead leaves and fallen branches off my garden.  The 
crocus bloomed as soon as they saw sunlight and the tulips were up
but it will be at least 6 weeks before we are treated to their 
beauty.
