In the OS2 echo, it was explained that only the front end is 2.02.  The
parts you don't see are 3.0.  You can access those features by including
-3 as a parameter for Netscape.exe (in your properties notebook).
Netscape/2 really isn't that far behind.  What is far behind is outfits
like RealAudio or Pointcast porting their products to OS/2.
