Only someone from Cleveland that can't accept what a jerk Joey Belle
is would make such a statement. I put up with him in college as an LSU
fan, and I was glad when he was gone. Even as big a jerk as Joey was
back then doesn't prepare someone to stomach his actions today.
Have you LOOKED at the tape? Have you seen him bring his forearm to
the face? Why, even in the National Football League, a pass rusher
gets fined for doing that to a QB. And, they wear helmets. Against the
rules? Maybe, maybe not, but AL president sure thought something was
up when he gave the jerk 5 games to think about it.
On another note, why do baseball players appeal every suspension?
Isn't it a rarity that one ever gets overturned?
