        I don't know if you run Barefoot or with Binkley, but here
is a sample of my SpawnBBS.BAT showing how I substitute speeds Opus knows
for the new "unknown" speeds I get with my Supra 28.8 (comport speed is
57600) on my Node3 here

:OPUS
C:
cd\OPUS
set PORT=3
set TASK=3
set opusbaud=%2
   if %2 == 115200 set opusbaud=38400
   if %2 == 57600 set opusbaud=38400
   if %2 == 28800 set opusbaud=38400
   if %2 == 26400 set opusbaud=38400
   if %2 == 24000 set opusbaud=38400
   if %2 == 21600 set opusbaud=19200
   if %2 == 16800 set opusbaud=19200
   if %2 == 12000 set opusbaud=19200

 Opus bbs3 -b%opusbaud% -p%3 -t%4
 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This is the line to call Opus from
Binkley after the caller hits ESCAPE.

        Opus knows 19200 and 38400 - Opus doesn't know the other speeds
and will simply give garbage when it tries to do a transfer at an unknown
speed. Let me know if this helps - I am not sure how to kludge it if you
are running barefoot.
