It looks like you wanted to see a moving rainbow on the screen, but it
didn't wor out that way. Well, that is mainly your own fault. Because the
powerbasic compiler makes code that runs much faster than the screen updates
from the memory, you won't see all the color combinations you want to see.
Sometimes the screen switches between colors when it is half way updating
the screen. All in all it becomes a real mess.
 
to avoid this you could just wait for the screen to update again. I have
included the source code that takes care of the problem
