Sorry to dissapoint, but tht is wishful thinking on George Takei's part.
There currently are no plans for this.
HOWEVER, in a Voyager episode last (?) season, Tuvok and Janewy made a visit 
to Excelsior via Tuvok's mind..
I don't remember the name of the episode of hand, will have to watch the 
tapes.
