Hi Larry -> I was much reassured by Ansel Adams saying that if he got one really good -> shot a year, he was pleased. No one shoots an endless string of -> masterpieces. In fact top commercial shooters will go through dozens of -> rolls just to get a single ad shot that does the job. I understand all that. I am even pleased with the great improvement I've seen in recent years. I used to get all excited if I saw one "good" picture on a roll, while now I find that there are a lot fewer that I will actually throw away. I worried, when I first got the digital, that I would become more indiscriminate about what I pointed at. I was assured here that the opposite was true and that practice makes perfect. Well, maybe I'll never be perfect (and wouldn't that be boring anyway?) but I certainly do see the improvements happening quicker now that it doesn't cost me anything to push the button. -> -> I always try to shoot the very best shot I can under the given set of -> cirumstances. It may not be a masterpiece, but it is the very best I can do. Me too. I was thinking the other night about all the accomplishments I've racked up. Someday my grandchildren will likely be very proud of me. That cheered me up somewhat :) Karen --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: FONiX Info Systems * Berkshire UK * www.fonix.org (2:252/171) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 252/171 140/1 106/2000 1 379/1 633/267 |
