In your dlgproc:

            switch (SHORT2FROMMP(mp1))
            {
                case EN_SETFOCUS :

                       SHORT1FROMMP(mp1),
                       EM_SETSEL,
                       MPFROM2SHORT(0,255),
                       NULL );

                [...]

This will do all entry fields;  if you want to only do it to some,filter
their ID's with SHORT1FROMMP(mp1).
