Only ammo that i know of that is banned is explosive bullets, even NATO
banned those for use in war. And the infamouse cop killing Black Talon,
But the funny thing is, just becuase they cant make anymore 'Black
Talon' bullets dosnt mean that ammo isnt still around. Starfire is
exactly like the 'Black Talon' it expands in flight, and flatens out in
to theses blade things that make it look like a fan blade. It goes
through bone and tissue like water.
