Me too.  However, I've just found Hypericin, an extract of St. John's Wort 
that is the best seratonin "medication" I've ever tried.  All of the chemical 
ones had negative side effects, so far this has not.
 
As an added benefit, I can get a three month supply by mail order for about 
$30.  The best I ever found with Prozac. et cetera was many times that cost.
