 Agreed.
 What about CMD HD emulation? Or is that going a bit far? What about Jiffy
DOS? What are the differences? And should it be compatible with a Action
Replay or similiar fastload cart?
 Ultimately, it would be good if we could define ANY type of 64 drive to
any particular device number...
