Perhaps it's because here they can make some money, while in California 
they're still having pretty substantial unemployment problems.

I wouldn't use the word "good" to describe all of the imports, however. Some 
of them are the product of spin more than substance.

What are you putting the category of "everything else" and "good" that is 
coming in from the left coast?
