How can you tell which is better..?  Have you played both games to make a 
comparison..?  or are you just going off screenshots in crappy magz..?
As for your first comparison, F Zero was first released on the SNES in 1990.. 
 More tan 5 years earlier than Wipeout..?  Also WO is on a 32 Bit System with 
more memory, better gfx accelarator..  F Zero was on a 16 Bit Platform with a 
weak Processor (The Genesis Had a faster Processor than the SNES, altho the 
Snes was better all round)
