Sorry you had a bad experience.  I've bought items from Bill on three
seperate occassions and on each one, the item has been EXACTLY as advertised
and in perfect working condition.  He has been around for a long time, on
the echos, and I've not heard of anyone else EVER having a problem with
any of the items he sells or of him not completing deals correctly.
