The best way to get a ride in the front of the monorail is to ask one of the 
monorail employees that load the people on.  They are usually pretty good 
about trying to get you up in the front.  We've been to WDW 3 times and we 
have ridden in the front a couple of times.  Usually when it isn't super 
usy.
 Your daughter will enjoy the ride.  It really is neat up in the front. Good
