Here's a suggestion which might work if someone reorganizes it and starts  
over that has worked quite well on a crafting list off the internet.   
Something to think about. 
 
The secret friends/secret pals groups there run for 4 months at a time. 
Naturally we have the advantage of virtual/electronic cards that can be 
sent from there, and it couldn't work here, but what we do is send cards 
or whatever every 3-6 weeks, (nothing expensive), whatever we want and  
there birthday comes around we do something extra special.  No hard and 
fast rules like certain $$ amount spent and such, just sharing ideas, 
being a pal thru the mail and such.  I've been in 3 different ones and 
have had a blast with it.  I think the fact that it's not for a whole  
year helps alot of folks.   Could make it here for 6 months or whatever. 
Anyway this is just a suggestion.
