Native Windows NT / 95 app - complete front door, mailer, TIC 
processor, mail tosser, etc...  It works hand-in-hand with Mustang 
Software's Wildcat! 5.0 which can be bought for about $50 for the 
minimal two line version.  Wildcat! is also a native NT/95 app.
