I have released new versions of Arena Warrior and KTFO: Boxing

I have converted Arena Warrior from VP2.1 to FreePascal. Along the way the
data files have changed a little and as such 1.5 is not compatible with 1.4,
upgrading will require a game reset.

KTFO: Boxing has had the life bar changed to a different icon value. The
symbol it was displaying previously was not showing up in FlashTerm.

I have also created GSDoor packages for both of these doors to allow for easy
installation on GameSrv systems.
