You can find articles like that for every easting establishment.  Read D 
magazine and there latest top 20 Steak house article.   Service, quality, 
cleanliness, etc............. can very from place to place no matter what 
fast food joint you go to.  If you really want top quality service, 
cleanliness, quality, etc....... then make your own food and eat at home. 
that's about the only way you can get to perfections unless  of course the 
person is a crappy cook, has a dirty house, and are piss poor company...LOL
