Hello Mark,
RG> This was a topic of conversation not long ago - maybe 2 weeks ago.

Yeah, you might have stumbled over it and broken a leg or even the
modem. Which carrier co. delivered it? I've made arrangements with
UPS, Feded, and Airborne *not* to leave anything here unless it's handed
to a warm body. (we live very rural, aka "country").

Sounds good from where I'm sitting!

Donno, call USR or your charge card co. Bet it's Sysop deal cost.
Which unit of the below did you apply for?
U.S. Robotics SysDeal

The Courier I-Modem is now available on the sysop program! The I-Modem

analog modems at speeds up to 33.6k. It supports all the analog
features of the Courier V.Everything, including V.34/V.FC/Fax. An
analog device port is included, which can be used for dialing out with
an analog telephone or modem.
PRODUCT PRICE
External Courier I-Modem ISDN/V.34 Model 1 $ 349
Internal Courier I-Modem ISDN/V.34 Model 1 (ISA) $ 299

With Bob Juge here to pick his brain, who needs a team? But I
understand your frustration if there is no I-team for support. But
you have toll free calls to 3Com/USR don't you?

I read a few weeks ago HST was broken in I-Modem code, but since been
repaired. Last reportI saw Sunday (26th) was "Modem Pool 8/16 ISDN hst
functionality is broken in Imodem 2.2.2 code."

Is the Analog device port on the Imodem 'alive' at all times for dialing
out or does it have to be configured to work?
Just checked the 3Com site...says, "...To find out more about I-team,
call 1-888-877-4736." Have you stumbled across the 3Com/USR www site:
http://totalservice.usr.com/cgi-bin/w3com/start?totalservice+i-team
If not, check it out.
